Liberty Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, was formed by Kelly and Amy; two Pelvic Health Physio's who are both mums. With lived experience of postnatal concerns we truly understand the importance of having optimal pelvic health.
We aim to create a comfortable environment to allow us to have open discussions on topics that can be difficult to talk about.

Warrick Wood
Warrick is a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Massey University and a consultant for various organisations, including, High Performance Sport New Zealand, New Zealand Cricket, Samoa Netball, and the Court Theatre. He also works with local high schools, offering his expertise to help enhance both performance and well-being.
With a diverse range of experiences, Warrick has supported athletes, coaches, and teams at every level – from school-aged students to Olympic athletes – providing strategies to optimise their mental preparation and performance.
In addition to his work in the performance space, Warrick has a deep interest in wellbeing and behavioural change, focusing on helping individuals align their goals and values with their daily actions. His approach emphasises the importance of self-awareness, balance, and well-being as key elements in long-term success.
Warrick is passionate about helping individuals achieve a balance between sport and wellbeing. Whether you're pursuing high-performance ambitions or lifestyle goals, Warrick is committed to ensuring that sport and exercise remain sources of enjoyment and fulfilment.
