Service Description

To join this class, you must have firstly attended your One on One Initial Introduction, with one of our Pilates Specialists, and completed a minimum of 6 Group Reformer Foundation Classes. Stretch & Core – The Perfect Balance Intermediate level. Looking to build a stronger core while improving your flexibility? Stretch & Core is the perfect blend of strength and mobility, designed to leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and refreshed. In this Reformer-based class, we’ll alternate between deep, feel-good stretches and targeted core work to build stability, control, and balance. Expect a dynamic flow that challenges your abs, opens up tight muscles, and helps you move better in everyday life. Perfect for: Pilates lovers who want to enhance their flexibility, strengthen their core, and feel amazing in their body.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE, to Cancel or Reschedule a class, there is a 12 HOUR CANCELATION PERIOD, and you are not able to cancel within this time. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust that you understand our need to do so.   You can Cancel, Reschedule and Rebook your Pilates classes once you are logged in to either the Balance Pilates website or the WIX app. Just login, click on your logged in icon and choose to reschedule, cancel or rebook.
