Service Description
Get your body moving Postpartum, this class is designed for ladies rehabilitating postpartum and who want to workout in a safe and supportive environment. And babes can come too, regain strength postpartum, have some time out and feel fabulous! Breathe, strengthen, stabilise, and connect with other mums in a safe and fun environment. Please note, this is a 7 week course, starting Thursday 13th February 2025 at 10.30am and finishing Thursday 27th March 2025. If classes are missed they can not be redeemable for any other service, as this class is designed for the postnatal mum and for weekly progression. PLEASE NOTE - You will need to book a One on One Initial Assessment with a Pilates Specialist prior to starting the course. This is to expose you to the fundamentals and basic principles of Pilates and to look at what your body needs to get the most out of your classes. If you are experienced on the reformer, this is not necessary.
