Get your body moving Postpartum, this class is designed for ladies rehabilitating postpartum and who want to workout in a safe and supportive environment. And babes can come too, regain strength postpartum, have some time out and feel fabulous! Breathe, strengthen, stabilise, and connect with other mums in a safe and fun environment. Please note, this is a 8 week course, starting Thursday 27th April at 10.30am and finishing Thursday 15th June 2023. If classes are missed they can not be redeemable for any other service, as this class is designed for the postnatal mum and for weekly progression. If you have not done Reformer Pilates before, you will need to book to have your One on One Initial Assessment with a Pilates Specialist before the course begins.
PLEASE NOTE, to Cancel or Reschedule a class, there is a 20 HOUR CANCELATION PERIOD, and you are not able to cancel within this time. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust that you understand our need to do so. You can Cancel, Reschedule and Rebook your Pilates classes once you are logged in to either the Balance Pilates website or the WIX app. Just login, click on your logged in icon and choose to reschedule, cancel or rebook.
