Prenatal Reformer Pilates 7 Week Course

Our prenatal reformer Pilates 7-week course is for mums-to-be in either the first or second trimester.

The course is designed to support you through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, while helping you learn how to move confidently and adapt to your changing body. You will be introduced to the basic principles of Pilates and guided through breathing, balance, flexibility, strength, and stability work in a safe and supportive environment.

It is also a lovely way to connect with other like-minded mums-to-be and enjoy movement together.

Note: Please ensure you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor or lead maternity carer before booking.

Before starting the course, you will need to book a one-on-one initial assessment with a Pilates specialist. This helps introduce you to the fundamentals and basic principles of Pilates, while allowing us to assess your needs so you can get the most out of your classes.

finishing on Tuesday 8th September 2026.
