to enhance whole-body function, improve core control and support

ease of movement, supporting the body from the inside out.

Pilates in Spanish with Noelia

Attention Spanish speakers!

Join Noelia for a 6 Week  Reformer Pilates Course taught entirely

in Spanish, a space created for you, where you can move, get stronger, and feel at home while you train.

 

This class is open to all levels, from complete beginners to

those experienced in Reformer Pilates.

We’ll focus on strength, balance, core stability, flexibility, posture,

and injury prevention, all in a warm, friendly atmosphere where

we’ll connect, have fun, and enjoy a laugh together.

 

If you want to move in your own language, build strength, and feel more confident in your body, this class is for you.
