“Bron’s MenoMethod course has been invaluable through my cancer-induced menopause journey. As a clinician myself, I really appreciate how evidence-based and factual her teaching is, while still being deeply supportive. The breathing practices have helped me manage hot flushes, and the course has gently supported me to accept and work with the changes my body has been through. I truly look forward to our weekly sessions, knowing each one helps me feel calmer and more centred.”

— Nina, Women’s Health Doctor

Perimenopause and menopause are powerful transitions, not endings, but new beginnings. In Japan, the journey through menopause, is known as konenki, a word that speaks of growth, rebirth, and renewed purpose. It’s a beautiful reminder that this transition isn’t an ending, but a beginning. Through the MenoMethod, we embrace Konenki - moving through menopause with strength, ease, and grace.

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or simply seeking deeper strength, calm, and connection, this course is for you.
