The MenoMethod is a 10-week journey designed to help you move with strength, breathe with clarity, and feel grounded in your changing body.
Combining Reformer Pilates, mindfulness, and breathwork, this course offers a supportive space to restore balance, improve physical and emotional wellbeing, and connect with like-minded women walking a similar path.
Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or simply seeking deeper strength, calm, and connection, this course is for you.
Course 2 - 2026
FEBRUARY COURSE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS
Starts Tuesday 3rd February at 5.30pm
Runs 10 consecutive weeks (finishing 7 April 2026)
Places are strictly limited to maintain a supportive cohort environment
PLEASE NOTE - You will need to book a One on One Initial Assessment with a Pilates Specialist prior to starting the course. This is to expose you to the fundamentals and basic principles and to look at what your body needs to get the most out of your classes. If you are experienced on the reformer, this is not necessary.
