If you’ve noticed that perimenopause and menopause are finally getting the airtime they deserve, you’re not alone - and I, for one, am here for it. Gone are the days of whispered conversations and awkward glances.

 

As someone deeply rooted in the health and wellness space, and as a perimenopausal woman myself, this long-overdue shift in dialogue feels both powerful and personal.

 

Through my own journey (and many open-hearted conversations), I’ve developed a quiet but growing passion for understanding this transition more deeply.

That passion led me to pursue further education in the space, completing my Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner and Menopause Lifestyle Coach certifications.

 

This education allows me to bring more intention, depth, and compassion into the work I love - especially when it comes to Reformer Pilates, a practice I believe can support, strengthen, and empower women as they move through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

 

And so, The MenoMethod was born, a 10-week experience combining mindfulness, breathwork (to help restore the body's energy systems), body awareness, and targeted strength training and stability work on the reformer - with a focus on balance, mobility and alignment.

Each week, we'll explore a key symptom or phase of menopause, and introduce strategies to help you strive, not just survive. We will close with guided journaling for self-reflection, alongside a comforting cup of hot cacao.

You'll walk away with not only strength and knowledge, but a renewed sense of connection with your body and this life chapter. 

This 10-week course is designed to support, strengthen, and empower women through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

The MenoMethod is a 10-week journey designed to help you move with strength, breathe with clarity, and feel grounded in your changing body.

Combining Reformer Pilates, mindfulness, and breathwork, this course offers a supportive space to restore balance, improve physical and emotional wellbeing, and connect with like-minded women walking a similar path.

Whether you’re in perimenopause, menopause, or simply seeking deeper strength, calm, and connection, this course is for you.

Course 2 - 2026

FEBRUARY COURSE OPEN FOR BOOKINGS

Starts Tuesday 3rd February at 5.30pm

Runs 10 consecutive weeks (finishing 7 April 2026)

Places are strictly limited to maintain a supportive cohort environment

Investment

$500 - Includes the full 10-week program

Upgrade to $750 - Add either a weekly Reformer class or an infrared sauna session

Prerequisite / Intro

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you’ll need to book a One-on-One Initial Introduction, before the course starts

(approx. 1 hour, special reduced rate of $99,

when signing up for the course - usually $125).

Throughout, there will be opportunities for one-on-one check-ins to tailor strategies to your symptoms, goals, and unique experiences.

One on One Initial Introduction

I understand that investing in yourself can feel like a big step - something many of us women aren’t always great at doing.

If you’re feeling a little unsure, I recommend starting with a 

One-on-One Initial Introduction session with me.

Before we meet, you’ll be asked to complete the Menopause

Pre-Exercise Questionnaire (link below). This helps me gain a deeper understanding of your unique needs and goals.

Once you’ve completed the form, please email me your availability and the days and times that suit you best to come into the studio.

The session takes approximately 60–90 minutes, and I’ll reply with some appointment options for you to choose from.

During your session, I’ll introduce you to Reformer Pilates,

show you around our beautiful studio, and give you a personal insight into what the MenoMethod Course involves.

From there, you can decide whether you’d like to continue with Group Class or Private sessions or join the 10-Week MenoMethod Course.
