"I had planned to practise Pilates for a long time but I did not have time because of work in Thailand. Now, I had the opportunity while traveling to New Zealand on holiday, and my boyfriend recommended Balance Pilates to me. I sent a message to ask about how to start Pilates, and Bronwyn sent a questionnaire for me to complete to find out about me before my first lesson in order to prepare and design a routine just for me. I had back pain and a knee problem before I started. After my first lesson, I felt better about my back pain, and my knee did not have crepitus anymore. After the second time, my back pain disappeared, and i felt good about my knee. My posture when i walked, stand and sit is better. I feel good, as my stomach muscles feel stronger. I fell in love with Pilates and how my body feels after I started. I recommend “Balance Pilates” for everyone interested in Pilates, it is a great sport, and Bronwyn is a great teacher. Some people can not run because of knee problems, some people can not do a lot of sport because of back pain. I recommend Pilates, as it can help to strengthen core muscle and cardio. It does not break your bones and knees, but it helps strengthen muscles for supporting the bones. I do not feel pain anymore since I have started Pilates, I have more muscles around my stomach. Ask Bronwyn, she is a good teacher and trainer. It’s not necessary to have a reformer machine, because you can do at home with a mat, too."
