Service Description

To join this class, you must have firstly attended your One on One Initial Introduction, with one of our Pilates Specialists, and completed a minimum of 6 Group Reformer Foundation Classes. Pilates Jumpboard classes offer a unique and dynamic workout that combines the principles of Pilates with cardiovascular exercise. They are fun, energetic and challenging and come with a huge range of benefits. Jumpboard involves low-impact cardio moves, expect to be jumping in all different directions on the reformer – on your back, side, all fours and on your knees. Intermediate to advanced. All of our qualified, experienced Pilates teachers, bring their own flare and unique style to their classes, they will offer modifications for you if required, come along and join in the fun. Remember to bring a sweat towel!

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE, to Cancel or Reschedule a class, there is a 12 HOUR CANCELATION PERIOD, and you are not able to cancel within this time. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust that you understand our need to do so.   You can Cancel, Reschedule and Rebook your Pilates classes once you are logged in to either the Balance Pilates website or the WIX app. Just login, click on your logged in icon and choose to reschedule, cancel or rebook.
