Service Description
Beginners - Max 6 Participants This class is designed for those new to Reformer Pilates and it is a good continue on from your One on One initial Introduction. Mindful Movers, is mastering the Pilates Principles and fundamentals, with a focus on slow progression, balance, strength, stability and mobility, mindful movement, in a safe and supportive environment. Recommended for beginners, or clients who are finding our Foundation class too challenging and want to slow down. Suitable for clients rehabbing from an injury, clients suffering from poor balance and wanting to start slowly and progress to our Foundation classes. This class is 45 minutes in length. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE, to Cancel or Reschedule a class, there is a 12 HOUR CANCELATION PERIOD, and you are not able to cancel within this time. As cancellations and ‘no shows’ have a significant impact on us, we need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust that you understand our need to do so. You can Cancel, Reschedule and Rebook your Pilates classes once you are logged in to either the Balance Pilates website or the WIX app. Just login, click on your logged in icon and choose to reschedule, cancel or rebook.
