As a clinician myself, I really appreciate how evidence-based and factual her teaching is, while still being deeply supportive. The breathing practices have helped me manage hot flushes, and the course has gently supported me to accept and work with the changes my body has been through. I truly look forward to our weekly sessions, knowing each one helps me feel calmer and more centred. Nina (Women's Health Doctor)
