Group Reformer Class
Jumpboard
Pilates jumpboard classes offer a fun and dynamic workout that combines the principles of Pilates with cardiovascular exercise.

Cardiovascular fitness
Jumpboard classes elevate the heart rate and provide an effective cardio workout, helping to improve endurance and overall fitness.

Low-impact exercise
Because the jumpboard is performed on the reformer, it offers a lower-impact alternative to activities such as running or jumping on hard surfaces. This means you can enjoy an energetic workout with less stress on the joints.

Strength and tone
Jumpboard exercises work through the legs, glutes, core, and upper body, helping to build strength and improve overall muscle tone.

Core stability and balance
Like all Pilates classes, jumpboard work places strong emphasis on core control, stability, and alignment. The added challenge of the jumping movement can help improve balance and coordination over time.

Flexibility and mobility
Classes may also include stretching and mobility work, helping to support flexibility, ease of movement, and better posture.

Mind-body connection
Jumpboard classes still draw on the core principles of Pilates, including concentration, breath, control, and mindful movement.

Variety and fun
If you enjoy a class that feels energetic, varied, and motivating, jumpboard is a great option. It is a fun way to challenge yourself while keeping your workouts fresh and engaging.

And yes — remember to bring your sweat towel!
