Foundation
Beginners - Intermediate
This class is designed for those new to Reformer Pilates
and it is a good continue on from your One on One
initial Introduction.
It is also suitable for our regular clients who want to slow down and reconnect, be reminded of the Pilates Principles, Pelvic Floor connection, mindful movement and perfect their Pilates Performance.
The Foundation Class is a relaxed forum to learn, movements are slow and deliberate, you will be reminded of the fundamental Principles of Pilates, taught the
essential exercises and taught how to use the Reformer machine, safely and with confidence.
A total body workout, with strength, stability and flexibility work, this class will still challenge you.
Expect to leave feeling like you are on cloud 9, ready to take on the world, both physically and mentally.
All of our qualified, experienced Pilates teachers, bring their own flare and unique style to their classes, they will offer modifications for you if required, come along and join in the fun.
Group Reformer Class

Intermediate - Advanced
To join this class, you must have firstly attended your One on One Initial Introduction, with one of our Pilates Specialists and completed a minimum of 6 Group Reformer Foundation Classes.
This is the Solid Gold Hits of Pilates classes, expect a full body workout, focusing on the core, glutes, legs and upper body toning and strength work. Expect to stretch and lengthen and leave feeling like you are on cloud 9, ready to take on the world, both physically and mentally.
Train to achieve your goals in this dynamic, motivating group class. All of our qualified, experienced Pilates teachers, bring their own flare and unique style to their classes, they will offer modifications for you if required, come along and join in the fun.


Group Reformer Class
Open Level (PF)
Intermediate
Suitable for Pre & Post Natal (PF)
To join this class, you must have firstly attended your One on One Initial Introduction, with one of our Pilates Specialists, and completed a minimum of 6 Group Reformer Foundation Classes.
In this class expect a full body workout, with special focus on strengthening and stability work, flexibility, Pelvic Floor connection, while connecting with your breathe. Stretch and lengthen and leave feeling like you are on cloud 9, ready to take on the world, both physically and mentally.
Beginners to Intermediate and suitable for Pre and Post Natal Clients. Pregnancy Friendly (PF). All of our qualified, experienced Pilates teachers, bring their own flare and unique style to their classes, they will offer modifications for you if required, come along and join in the fun.
If you are pregnant please let your teacher know what stage you are at.
Athletic Reformer Class
Advanced Class.
This is an ADVANCED reformer class. To qualify for this class, you will have completed your One on One Initial Assessment and you will be easily attending
Open Reformer Classes.
Expect your heart rate to rise, your muscles to burn,
get ready to sweat, expect to push yourself to your
limits and feel the burn.

Small Group
Equipment Class
Suitable for all levels
If you are new to Balance Pilates, you will need to complete a One on One Initial Introduction before attending this class.
A detailed medical history is taken, and strength, motor control and flexibility are assessed. An individual programme is designed specific to your goals and needs.
You will then need to complete five Private Equipment Classes in preparation. During these sessions, you will learn how to use the different apparatus safely and with confidence, and learn the exercises specific to your individual programme.
If you are already working with a Pilates Specialist in the equipment room, you can discuss your preparation with them.
The Small Group Equipment Class, has a maximum of four participants and is lead by an experienced Pilates Specialist.
Sessions will be for 50 minutes, with an individual programme, specific instruction and monitoring.
Our small equipment classes will be in the Rehab Studio and you will use all of the equipment including the Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Pilates arc and mat.

Group Barre Class
Suitable for all levels
Learn how to perform the Barre Warrior dance based movements correctly, so that you have a solid technical foundation. Barre Warrior 101 is a low impact, high intensity, total body workout.
Combining authentic dance based movements to sculpt the finer muscle groups, functional fitness to strengthen and build stamina in the larger muscle groups, yoga and stretching for flexibility and Pilates principles to assert good posture and build the core.
Essential Barre movements to sculpt long lean muscles. Suitable for beginner to advanced Warriors!
