The MenoMethod - Movement, Mindfulness & Menopause​ A supportive Pilates journey for women in midlife ​The MenoMethod is a gentle but strengthening Pilates‑based course designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause. This is not about pushing harder or doing more - it’s about moving smarter, building strength safely, calming the nervous system, and feeling at home in your body again. Is this course for you?​ This course is ideal if you:​ Are in perimenopause or menopause (or think you might be) Want to feel stronger, steadier and more confident in your body Experiencing hormonal shifts and noticing changes in energy, sleep, or strength Craving calm, focus, and a sense of inner balance Prefer a supportive, small‑group environment Ready to prioritise your wellbeing and embrace this stage of life with confidence ​ You don’t need to be ‘fit’ or flexible - just open to learning and moving. What you’ll gain from the course​ Over the course of the program, you’ll work towards:​ Improved strength and stability Better posture and joint support Support your hormones and nervous system through breath and movement​ Improve energy, sleep quality, and emotional balance​ Strengthen your core and pelvic floor ​ Restore posture, joint mobility, and flexibility​ Develop mindfulness and breath practices to calm the mind and reduce stress​ Understand lifestyle and movement strategies that support midlife health​ Feel confident, connected, and empowered in your body ​ How the course works​ Weekly sessions include:​ Reformer Pilates tailored to midlife bodies Breath‑focused movement to support the nervous system Strength, mobility and balance work Time to slow down and reconnect ​ Classes are thoughtfully layered, with options and progressions so you can move at your own pace.​ New to Pilates?​ If you’re new to Reformer Pilates or our studio, You will need to attend a One on One initial introduction Session.​ This allows us to:​ Get to know your body and movement history Answer questions Help you feel confident and supported before starting the course What makes this course different?​ Small, supportive group setting Designed specifically for midlife and hormonal change Led by experienced Pilates teacher and Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner and Menopause Lifestyle Coach Bronwyn Beck Focus on sustainability, not burnout A calm, welcoming studio environment
