Service Description

Get your body moving Postpartum, this class is designed for ladies rehabilitating postpartum and who want to workout in a safe and supportive environment. And babes can come too, regain strength postpartum, have some time out and feel fabulous! Breathe, strengthen, stabilise, and connect with other mums in a safe and fun environment. Please note, this is a 8 week course, starting Thursday 2nd May 2024 at 10.30am and finishing Thursday 13th June 2024. If classes are missed they can not be redeemable for any other service, as this class is designed for the postnatal mum and for weekly progression. If you have not done Reformer Pilates before, you will need to book to have your One on One Initial Assessment with a Pilates Specialist before the course begins.
