If you’ve noticed that perimenopause and menopause are finally getting the airtime they deserve, you’re not alone - and I, for one, am here for it. Gone are the days of whispered conversations and awkward glances. As someone deeply rooted in the health and wellness space, and as a perimenopausal woman myself , this long-overdue shift in dialogue feels both powerful and personal. Through my own journey (and many open-hearted chats with friends, clients, colleagues, and family), I’ve developed a quiet but growing passion for understanding this transition more deeply. That passion led me to pursue further education in the space, completing my Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner and Menopause Lifestyle Coach certifications. This has allowed me to expand my knowledge and bring even more intention into the work I love - especially when it comes to Reformer Pilates, a practice I truly believe can support, strengthen, and empower women during peri-menopause and beyond. That’s why I created something close to my heart: The MenoMethod – A 10 Week Course: Movement, Mindfulness & Menopause. This unique program blends mindfulness, breathwork - to help restore the body's energy systems, body awareness, and targeted strength training and stability work on the reformer - with a focus on balance, mobility and alignment.  Each week, we'll explore a key menopause symptom and introduce strategies to help you strive, not just survive. We will close with guided journaling for self-reflection, alongside a comforting cup of hot cacao, leaving you relaxed, grounded, and replenished.  Please note; If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you will need to book a One on One Initial Introduction with me before the course starts. This takes just over 1 hour, and is an additional $110. Course Investment • Standard Package – $500 Includes the full 10-week program (one Reformer class each week, plus course content). • Bonus Package – $750 Upgrade your experience with either: • A second Reformer class each week or • One Infrared Sauna session each week There’ll be opportunities for one-on-one support, so we can get clear on your goals, symptoms, and the changes that might help you thrive, not just survive - through this chapter. “While designed with perimenopause and menopause in mind, this course is suitable for anyone, at any age or stage, who wishes to take part in a 10-week retreat to nourish and strengthen mind, body, and soul.” Bron
